Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@samsungparts.store with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Partial Refunds

We may issue a partial refund under the following circumstances:

  • Item is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts
  • Item shows signs of use

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons, or because they are specially ordered or custom-made:

  • Custom-made or specially ordered parts
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@samsungparts.store or +1 307-203-8409. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@samsungparts.store.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
